Should Viagra and other enhancement drugs be sold over the counter instead of prescription? It's too much hassle to have to go to a doctor and tell him why the patient can't get the big one!

And with viagra, id imagine its just the same thing but in a much more concentrated dose. So youd probably just feel very hot, because of the increased blood flow.
